The Reports screen and the cash flow
The pricing report opens from the schedule's Reports (Справки) screen. That screen shows the planned cash flow, quantities, materials, labor, machinery and services by week, month, quarter or year, with filters, grouping and export to Excel. It is documented on Reports. How to read and use the planned cash flow, with a worked example, is on Cash flow. This page covers only the pricing report.
What the pricing report counts
- Planned, not actual. Every dated schedule row spreads its planned quantity evenly over its working days. The pricing report takes the share that falls between your two dates. Reported progress does not change it.
- Value includes profit. Value = planned quantity in the period × the unit price of the BoQ position, which includes additional costs and profit. For one calendar month, the total price of the pricing report equals the cash flow of that month.
- Resources are the planned quantity in the period multiplied by the norms in the position's resource analysis, summed by nomenclature item.
- Current state. The pricing report always uses the current schedule version and today's BoQ prices. While you look at an older schedule version, Reports is hidden, so the pricing report is not available either.
The pricing report
The pricing report answers: "What does the work planned between these two dates cost, and which resources does it need?" It uses the same planned quantities as the cash flow, cut to your date range by working days.
How to create a pricing report
- Open the construction schedule on its current version and click Reports (Справки) in the toolbar.
- Make sure Cash flow (Паричен поток) is among the selected report kinds: click Filters (Филтри), then Clear (Изчисти), or select the Cash flow chip. The Pricing report button is shown only while Cash flow is selected.
- Click Pricing report (Ценови отчет) in the toolbar of the Reports screen. A side panel opens: "Resources and cost for the work planned in the selected period."
- Pick From (От) and To (До). Until both are set you see "Select a start and end date to generate the report." A start after the end gives "The start date must be on or before the end date."
- The report builds by itself; there is no separate button. It is recalculated every time you open the panel, and the panel remembers your dates until you reload the page. You can widen the panel by dragging its left edge.
What the pricing report shows

If nothing priced falls into the period: "No priced work is planned in this period." On an error: "Failed to load the pricing report." with Try again (Опитай отново).
Rows left out of the pricing report
Under "Some tasks were excluded from the total" (Някои задачи са изключени от общата стойност) the report counts the rows it could not price:

Messages in the pricing report

The pricing report through BORO
BORO can read the pricing report for any window, for example "How much work is planned for March?" or "Which materials do we need next month?" See What BORO can do.
Common questions
Why don't I see the Pricing report button?
The Pricing report (Ценови отчет) button on the Reports screen appears only while Cash flow is among the selected report kinds. Open Filters and select Cash flow. If Reports itself is missing in the schedule toolbar, you are looking at an older schedule version; return with ← Back to current.
Is the pricing report total the money I will be paid for that period?
No. It is the planned value of work in the period: planned quantity × unit price including profit. What you are paid depends on approved payment applications. See Payment applications.
Why didn't the pricing report change when I reported progress?
The pricing report uses planned dates and quantities. Progress changes the executed columns in the Gantt view, not the plan.
Why does the pricing report say some tasks are "Not priced"?
Their BoQ positions have no resource analysis. Price them in the BoQ, then reopen the pricing report panel.
Why are some tasks listed under "Manual distribution"?
Their distribution in the schedule is Manual, so they carry no quantity and the pricing report cannot value them. Change the distribution in the schedule structure editor. See Linking the BoQ: distribution and matching.
