What a memory is
A memory is one durable fact, at most 500 characters, that will still matter next month. Good memories: "I prefer short answers with a table", "Our standard profit on labor is 15%", "Prices in this project are in EUR, without VAT". Not memories: what is open on your screen, the progress of today's task, one-off instructions ("do these top-down"), news or general facts BORO can look up.

The three levels

How BORO uses memories
At each message, BORO searches your personal memories, the company's memories and, when you are in a project, that project's memories, and takes the few that relate to your request (up to six). You can see their share in the context ring under the message field, in the row Memory (Памет). BORO can also look up memories on purpose ("What do you remember about our markups?"); the tool row then shows "Review memory" (Преглед на паметта).
How memories are created
- You add them in BORO Settings → Memory (see below).
- You ask BORO: "Remember that our standard profit on labor is 15% for the whole company." BORO proposes the memory with an approval card ("Save to memory", Запазване в паметта); it is saved only when you click Approve.
- BORO saves them by itself. After a conversation, BORO looks for at most one or two facts that pass the test "would you be annoyed to repeat this next month?" and saves them without an approval card. When unsure about the level, it saves them as Personal, never as company-wide. Check the Memory page now and then and delete what you don't want kept.
- Your request.
- The tool row describing the memory (here "Saving company rule: 5% contingency…") with Awaiting approval.
- The card with Requires approval, the level (scope: company), the text to save and the buttons Approve and Decline.
A new memory that says almost the same as an existing one is not saved; the page shows "A similar memory already exists." (Подобна памет вече съществува.).
How to see, add and delete memories
- Open the BORO panel, click Settings (gear), then Memory (Памет). The page says "Facts the assistant remembers between conversations. Delete anything you don't want kept."
- Expand a level, Personal, Company or Project, to see its memories. "No memories saved yet." means the level is empty. The Project level shows the memories of the project you have open; with no project selected it is empty and you cannot add to it.
- To add one, click Add memory (Добави памет), type the fact in "What BORO should remember…" (Какво да помни BORO…), up to 500 characters, and click Save (Запази). Cancel discards it.
- To delete one, click the bin next to it. It is deleted at once, without a further question.

- + Add memory opens the field "What BORO should remember…".
Common questions
BORO remembered something wrong. How do I fix it?
Open BORO Settings → Memory, find the entry in its level, delete it with the bin and, if needed, add the correct fact with Add memory. Memories cannot be edited in place.
Does BORO save memories without asking me?
Yes, at most one or two short facts after a conversation, and only durable ones such as preferences or explicit company rules. When BORO proposes a memory during a conversation, it asks with an approval card. Delete any automatic memory you do not want.
Why does "A similar memory already exists." appear?
The same fact, perhaps worded differently, is already saved in that level. Find it in the list; delete it first if you want to replace it.
Can my colleagues see my memories?
Not your Personal ones. Company memories are visible to everyone in your company, and Project memories to everyone who works with BORO in that project.
Why is the Project level empty?
Project memories belong to the project that is currently selected. Open the project first, then open BORO Settings → Memory.
