Reports, payment applications and the register
In English several things are called "reports". This page is about the Reports screen, in Bulgarian Справки: planned figures over time. It is not:
- payment applications, which the Bulgarian interface calls Отчети and the English interface also labels Reports in the BoQ action bar — see Payment applications;
- the Report Register (Регистър на отчети) and its summary, which list payment applications — see Register, summary and exports.
What the numbers mean
- Planned, not executed. Every dated row of the schedule spreads its planned quantity evenly over its working days, using the project's work calendar. Each period gets the share that falls into it.
- Value includes profit. Money = planned quantity in the period × the unit price of the BoQ position, the same profit-inclusive price as in the BoQ.
- Resources are the planned quantity multiplied through the position's resource analysis and summed per nomenclature item (a material, a labor type, a machine or a service).
- Always current. The screen uses the current schedule version and the current BoQ prices. It is not frozen when a version is locked. The Reports button is hidden while you look at an older schedule version.
- What is left out. Rows without dates, rows with Manual distribution or zero quantity, and positions without a price contribute nothing.
- Read-only. The lock badge "Report · read-only" (Справка · само за преглед) reminds you that nothing can be edited here.

You can select several kinds. They are combined in one table: each row and period shows one card with a section per kind, headed "Materials:", "Labour:", "Machinery:", "Services:" (Материали:, Труд:, Механизация:, Услуги:). The caption Resources (Ресурси) with "M", "L", "Ma", "S" (М, Т, Ме, У) counts the resource entries of a row. With several kinds the title is Reports (Справки).
How to open the Reports screen
- Open the project's Construction schedule (Строителен график) on its current version.
- Click Reports (Справки) in the toolbar.
- The screen opens on the Materials report, grouped By task, showing both quantities and values.
- Change the report in Filters (Филтри). Return with Back to schedule (Към графика).
The screen always needs the BoQ in its address. If you open /projects/{project}/reports without it, you see "Add the evaluatedTaskListId parameter to the URL (UUID of the BOQ list)."; open the screen from the schedule instead.
How to set up a report
- Click Filters (Филтри). Every control applies immediately.
- Under Report kinds (Видове справки) click the chips you want. The small icon on a chip, "Only this report" (Само тази справка), keeps only that kind.
- Under Group by (Групирай по) choose:
- Structure (Структура) — the schedule tree: categories, group tasks and their positions;
- By task (По СМР) — one flat row per BoQ position;
- By resource (По ресурс) — one row per nomenclature item, for example "Concrete C25/30". Available only when exactly one of Materials, Labour or Machinery is selected; otherwise it is disabled with "Select a single resource report" (Изберете една ресурсна справка).
- Under Show (Показвай) choose Qty (К-во), Value (Стойност) or Both (Двете). Choices without data are disabled with "Services carry no quantities", "The selected reports carry no quantities" or "The selected reports carry no values".
- Click Done (Готово). Clear (Изчисти) returns to Cash flow, By task, Both and clears the search.
- Back to schedule (Към графика) and the title Reports (Справки) with the schedule name and the report kinds shown.
- The Filters (Филтри) button and panel with Report kinds, Group by and Show.
- The search field "Search the report" (Търси в справката) and the item counter.
- Export (Експорт).
- A row card with the sections "Materials:" and "Labour:".
- The footer Total per period (Общо по период).
Reading and moving through the table

One window holds at most 380 periods, which is about seven years at the week scale. For a longer schedule switch to a coarser scale. The figures refresh by themselves when the schedule or the BoQ changes.
How to export a report to Excel
- Set the kinds, grouping, scale and window you want.
- Click Export (Експорт). "Preparing the export…" (Подготовка на експорта…) shows while the file is built.
- An .xlsx file downloads. It matches the screen: the same kinds, grouping and periods, numbered rows and names, the object and client in the header, and the totals. If it fails: "Failed to export the report." (Неуспешен експорт на справката.).
The pricing report
When Cash flow is among the selected kinds, the toolbar also shows Pricing report (Ценови отчет). It opens a side panel with the cost and the resources of the work planned between two dates of your choice, with a list of the rows it had to leave out. It is described on Pricing report and schedule cash flow.
Messages on the Reports screen

Common questions
Why do I get "You do not have access to this report." as soon as the screen opens?
The screen opens on the materials report, which needs Resource analysis and Nomenclature at View. Open Filters, click Clear to switch to cash flow, or ask your administrator for the permissions.
Why doesn't my reported progress change the report?
The report shows the plan: planned dates and quantities. Progress is shown in the Gantt and in payment applications.
Where is the Reports button?
In the toolbar of the construction schedule. It is hidden while you view an older schedule version or while the schedule is loading.
Why is "By resource" grayed out?
It works with exactly one of Materials, Labour or Machinery. Select only one of them.
Why don't I see the Pricing report button?
It appears only when Cash flow is among the selected report kinds.
Can my subcontractor or my client see my reports?
No. The screen shows prices, so only the company that owns the schedule can open it.
